個標題都講咗啦!我今次去食呢一間酒樓就叫咗片皮鴨同埋欖仁四季豆炒龍利球。 隻鴨一上枱,我就叫侍應唔好片住,俾我影張相先,佢都好配合,抵讚!片完出嚟,可以見到都非常之多肉,侍應都好有心,有一半就係皮帶肉嘅,有另外一半主要就係淨皮,用皮夾鴨肉加埋嗰啲配菜同埋醃料,食落係脆嘅, 而肉亦都好入味,亦唔會覺得佢好鹹。 四季豆炒得好好,除咗有欖仁味之外,仲有好微少辣味,炒得惹味,而龍脷球份量都好多。 今期晚飯以花膠為主,我就叫左款燉湯,試左之後,覺得個螺頭和花膠都好足料,有大大片嘅花膠同埋有粒螺頭添,非常之甜美。
