最怕一個人食飯時同人迫,所以如果無人陪我食飯,多數都係買外賣。知道呢度嘅燒鵝出名,就要個鵝髀瀨 ($37) 外帶。睇到門外菜牌,原來舊價是 $33, 現已加價了。回到公司,拍完照後先夾起一件鵝髀放入口,雖則鵝皮仍略脆,但肉質與軟滑多汁相去甚遠,有幾件甚至覺得有些少嚡口,而且所謂鵝髀,竟然件件都有骨,比我原先想像的啖啖肉簡直差天共地。瀨粉就過失啦。唔知係咪因為我是熟客,所以隻鵝髀都無咁出色,你話佢好差又唔係,但如果話係甚麼出名的燒鵝店就過譽了,同街上普通燒臘店沒多大分別,吃過算了,往後也會回頭。
