香港,廣東燒味斬料文化普及。今日嚟到一間食燒味嘅餐廳今日嚟到一間食燒味嘅餐廳,店名以燒鵝命名。而燒鵝在燒味中有着尊貴的地位。菜牌有一人餐,二人餐,價格公道。另外亦有散叫。今次總共嘗試四種燒味,燒鵝,油雞,叉燒,燒腩仔。叉燒肥中有瘦,又滑又香。燒鵝,甘香皮脆多肉。燒腩仔,外皮酥脆,脂肪軟滑,瘦肉入味。跟一人套餐有一大碟青菜,確保有足夠纖維攝取。有益健康。柚子蜜,冰涼,係熱天嘅清泉。但又唔會成杯冰。店內裝飾有街頭風味,與傳統燒味文化互相碰撞,令人耳目一新。有兩隻金牌燒鵝毛公仔非常有趣。
