今年好幸運，之前試過好幾款品牌的糭後，都有著不同的體驗，尖東帝苑酒店推出了三款創意糭：鹿兒島豚肉櫻花蝦糭、黑松露帕爾馬火腿糭及沖繩黑糖紫薯蓉紫米糭，而今次就試試新推出的鹿兒島豚肉櫻花蝦糭。糭是由泡浸過上湯的米及糯米包裹，配料雖然簡單，只有櫻花蝦及黑豚肉。放在滾水內烚了大約十五分鐘，未打開已經有陣香味，原來是早已混和入糯米的櫻花蝦，剖開一半時，卻有少許煙燻味，來源是黑豚肉，肉質有少許結實，不過油脂位好香，入口豐腴甘美，三扒兩撥便消滅了一隻，未知道其他兩款五月糭是什麼味道呢？
