To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日天氣麻麻，心情麻麻，Lunch去到西九龍中心美食廣場揾食，就去89叫咗個麻辣口水雞飯。老闆話喺度做咗好多年嘞，一至九樓都識佢喎！我等緊嘅時候，又真係勁多人叫佢嘅，相信原因得2个，一係佢d野食勁掂，二係佢把口勁掂。我只係個食客，都講咁多野，好攪笑！ 同事叫咗個瑞士汁雞翼撈粗，正！下次我要試吓先！ e個就係麻辣口水雞嘞,好多汁,d雞好嫩, 加埋芝麻同花生,我食完之後出身汗,心情都爽晒!
