▹東京豐洲市場-油甘魚食落去好爽口同個魚生無咩嘢魚腥味。
▹北海道帆立貝-非常新鮮咬落去唔會太腍,加左青檸汁落去帶佢到嘅鮮味同酸味出黎,兩者都好夾。
▹北海道目鯛-用左目鯛嘅肝汁配味,肉質鮮嫩,同前兩樣嘅分比,佢嘅味道比較濃郁小小。
▹長崎縣吞拿魚大拖羅-厚切,豐富入口即溶,係我最鍾意食嘅拖羅,食落感覺好幸福♪( ´▽`)。廚師會提我哋如果怕太肥膩可以同埋紫蘇葉一齊食,真係好貼心。

◎黑梅子清酒煮螺,煮得好入味,首先依啲佢一定無沙同味道濃郁,本身我唔係太食螺嘅人都食左三舊,如果次次啲螺都咁好食,我可以食呀 ಥ⌣ಥ。

▹障泥烏賊-口感黏身同好煙韌,配埋柚子醬好有咬口。
▹真鯛-用鹽職昆布醃咗,口種唔錯。
▹車海老-味道好鮮。
▹小磯-用左醋醃製,酸酸美美。
▹馬糞海膽-北海道馬糞海膽,依家季節啱,配埋天然海鹽咬落甜甜哋好creamy。
▹赤身吞拿魚-用豉油醃製,走左鐵銹味,令到赤身都好好味。

◎鮮蝦赤麵豉味噌湯-同一般嘅日式餐廳唔同,用左赤麵豉,同無咁咸。

◎靜岡縣赤肉蜜瓜-糖度達到10點,所以真係好甜好正可惜就係得兩舊,好想食多啲 (•͈⌔•͈⑅)。
