黃大仙北館的上海婆婆經過之前水浸洗禮後裝修好重新營業。是日晚餐:🐷上海小籠包 :皮簿餡滿, 新鮮豬肉,湯汁唔油膩,咬開先飲湯再加D薑絲同醋,然後成粒放入口,肉餡鬆軟濕潤👍🏻, 外皮厚簿合到好處👍🏻🐑京蔥爆羊肉:大火快炒下,羊肉保持嫩口,大蔥香口帶蔬菜甜味,完全無辛辣口感。🍲砂鍋醃篤鮮:上海名湯,以鹹肉提鮮,慢慢將湯煮至奶白,再加入竹荀,百頁,小棠菜,咸香鮮味,絕👍🏻🐟松子大黃魚 : 新鮮黃魚,去骨𠝹花,上粉落鑊炸至金黃色,淋上大人細路都鍾意嘅酸甜汁,酸甜鮮嫩酥脆無骨👍🏻
