To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每年香港回歸紀念日,亦是弟弟之生日,雖然知道他自有慶祝計劃,想起這麼多年亦沒有特別在正日請他吃飯,於是建議早吃輕食,不影響他接下來的活動。姐弟倆皆不喜歡下午茶食品,事實上,他比我更講究健康,甜點的白糖成分,他認為多吃等於慢性毒藥,送生日蛋糕他亦拒絕!幸好,姐姐有計,黃昏時段,找到一家不小休的餐廳。我們五點半到達,正好寧靜,哈哈!坐在近窗位置,有包場之感!如假日Happy Hour,大家先飲一杯。弟弟喜歡手工啤酒,今晚選了本地薑 White Pearl。金黃顏色,我嚐了一口,濃郁的麥香,富果酸及蜜糖味道,容易入口,相信酒精成分不高。我自己選了 Lab Eat Punch橙紅顏色,漂亮如果汁,想不到,加進了份量不少的 Gin 酒,是 cocktail 而非一般的 punch,味道當然有果香,本來就是 Gin 酒及數款果汁的混合體,我喜歡它夠酒,這才是雞尾酒!近日,在其他店總喝到酒精成分太輕的雞尾酒,總不是味兒!蠔是主打之一,我們亦淺嚐三只。Spectales 1865據侍應解釋,這個蠔場是法國首個養殖蠔后 Gillardeau 的場,所以好奇試試它其他的蠔。質感 creamy 幼滑,新鮮富

主角出場,不吃蛋糕我亦有計,在甜點上寫上祝福語及插上蠟燭,同樣有氣氛,成功給予弟弟驚喜!今年齊頭歳數,十年一大運,希望他有開心的另一個十年。

話說回來,這個甜點不錯,朱古力雪糕濃郁,心太軟略為軟了,可能我們弄得太久,但味道好補救。

整體食味:3.5/5

成功為弟弟慶祝,相信他找不到不滿意之處。
