To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎個快速燒味飯

大家樂近年黎都被標籤為貴既快餐連鎖店，岩呀，曾幾何時，大家樂都係我一家人快去既餐廳，當年細細個已經係一哥豬排飯既超級粉絲既我，廿八蚊連埋飲品，食到lam lam 脷而家要四十幾蚊，仲要細份左好多。今次因為趕時間，就經過商場既大家樂，求奇食個燒味飯~好多年無食過大家樂既燒味，今次叫左個叉燒四寶飯，有紅腸，叉燒，雞翼同小棠菜。望落個碗都好大，啲飯既份量都多喎！我諗男人食既話都可以夠飽既！今次叉燒係瘦既，係我杯茶蜜汁夠甜，無燶既黑色邊，肉較林身，有少少鞋口但係可接受，大概有5塊而且較薄身，唔夠食呀另外紅腸同雞肉都係好食既，咸蛋唔係靚果隻咸蛋，即係唔係出油果種，但咸蛋撈飯就點都無得輸既係咪先？唯一覺得可以多啲既係個汁！因為飯既量多，但汁就得好少食到最後變左食白飯另外加左$6 有碟娃娃菜同$5有杯綠茶，埋單都要成$50！
