To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今早大家一齊跑完步就去吃早餐，在㨂去銅鑼灣還是跑馬地的牛奶冰室時，因為感覺跑馬地上菜比銅鑼灣快，就選了去跑馬地這間.侍應安排座位時，已經覺語氣不太好，比較悔氣說入面冇位要坐出面，咁大家照落單，到飲品來到時，我們問這杯是什麼，送菜的侍應初時沒回，再問就西面悔氣的說這杯不就是凍奶茶……感覺整間餐廳的侍應/姐姐都做得很不開心.然後大家暢談甚歡的時候，我們坐收銀機旁邊，突然收銀姐姐走過來說：「你們好大聲我聽唔到order」.其實我一直看飲食群很多人都說香港餐廳服務差。寧願北上，經過今日這餐後，都真的有感而發，這間希望可以永久blacklist.
