To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呀公呀婆既味覺有時堅係好難理解,我完全唔明白點解好地地既黑松露咁香咁正,佢地話似石油氣味... 真係唔知應該要話佢地有創意好呀定話佢地味覺特殊 🤔 終於!終於!佢地今晚同我講「啊!原來黑松露都唔係好似石油氣味!」 😼每次Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel 香港黃金海岸酒店聆渢咖啡廳有新主題自助餐,我地都會黎試試,一來住得好近好方便,二來黃金海岸既自助餐永無甩拖,所以今次主題好正得兩大最愛「鵝肝!」同「黑松露!」😍點呀?好難唔黎囉!今晚呢個「鵝肝黑松露盛宴」自助晚餐終於改變了呀公呀婆對黑松露既觀感,一連串黑松露dishes,「黑松露醃三文魚」、「黑松露蒸蛋配蟹肉及黑魚子」、「黑松露海鮮龍蝦凍批」、「炸黑松露芝士汁意大利飯球」、「黑松露蝦多士」、「焗黑松露薯茸田螺撻」、「黑松露帕爾瑪火腿薄餅」、「焗三文魚玫瑰配淡黑松露忌廉汁」... 公公一邊食一邊講「開始明你點解咁鐘意黑松露陣味啦,又真係幾香呀下!」😏我本人比較高貴😆唔係好鐘意連住食咩回到本,但今次都請容許我講呢個「香煎帆立貝配黑松露牛油汁」同「香煎鵝肝多士配蘋果茸」真係好回本,原隻帆立貝煎至略帶金黃色後,配上黑松露牛油

另一推介就係呢款創意十足既「香煎鵝肝、帕爾瑪火腿及豬頸肉刈包」,以傳統刈包為藍本,將滷肉、酸菜、花生粉等改為鵝肝、帕爾瑪火腿及豬頸肉,堅有創意又幾好食。不過我就最鐘意都係鵝肝放上香脆的多士上,配酸酸甜甜既蘋果茸,always my favourite 😍
