To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食自助餐😅最近同朋友去咗食<MoMo Café>最近推出了<西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬>為主題的自助餐🤤，自助餐不可缺少的當然是凍盤，已經預先分好了份量，有波士頓龍蝦🦞藍青口，鱈場蟹腳，黃金螺等海鮮，更有我至愛的🦪生蠔🤩。熱盤亦有廚師👨‍🍳幫你爽，黑毛豬主題，點少得燒得香噴噴的黑毛豬叉燒，更有脆皮黑毛豬肋排及蜜椒黑豚肉等。。。老火燉湯亦都選用黑毛豬，用料十足👍🏻最令我回味無窮，必定是西班牙燒乳豬🤩，卜卜脆的皮，加上肉質嫩滑，千祈唔好錯過🥴🍮，甜品方面，有Mövenpick 雪糕🍦，及多款蛋糕🍰雞蛋仔，葡撻，現場即製法式薄餅等。
