去左灣仔辦完公事,屋企又無飯開,一個人愁緊食乜好之際,見到幸亭拉麵竟然唔多人排隊一於去試下啦。好好彩十分鐘就有得吃了。拉麵湯底主要為豬骨湯底,點菜紙上可以選擇軟硬度,仲可以選擇少油少蔥多蔥,十分細心。今日出完差特別肚餓,所以叫左一碗黑胡麻拉麵及追加拉麵底和一客自家制餃子,拉麵觀感十足至湯底夠濃但又唔會太咸,黑胡麻好香,餃子亦做得相當出色,肉饀相當豐富而且有肉汁,唔錯的選擇。湯底十分出色,必定要試。
