To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黑色暴雨警告信號下的早餐。。。

22-5-2013(三）很早改了期，於是日早上，替德國老外型男補習廣東話。起床後，知道天文台已發生黑色暴雨警告信號，我沒所謂，照前往他的家補習去。在補習前，先坐巴士 30 號來了葵芳，隨意選在 信芳廚 吃個早餐。點叫了五香肉丁烏冬、油砂多、香腸、煎蛋配熱檸茶，意想不到出奇的好吃！最讚是那片油砂多，超級好吃，差不多能媲美跑馬地的 昌記。牛油、砂糖下得慷慨，吃下一口，多士外層脆脆的，整塊熱燙燙、甜甜的，很好吃，若能再厚些，就更完美！烏冬也夠夾滑呢！埋單$27。今天天氣不好，我近來的心情也不太好，難得遇上一個便宜且好吃的早餐！吃罷，出發去補習！很想知道：你，今天可還有掛念我?
