聽落一般平民菜式,但入口完全寧舍不同,完全發揮出平民菜式「鼎」級水準睇得出用料、煮法都花盡心思炮製!有時候一餐或者都可以啟發到平淡生活工作中精益求精,與鼎爺菜式一樣發揮到最好
