To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鼎鼎有名的金華冰廳

今天起床過後，在客廳吹冷氣當下，原本沒有想要出門吃飯了，室友就說要不要一起做的士去吃鼎鼎有名的茶餐廳我想說坐車去就去了，說是一家很有名的餐廳。到了店裡面好險不需要排隊，人潮真的很多，除了觀光客以外還有許多當地人前來用餐，室友說雞翼跟菠蘿油相當的好吃，我們就點了這兩個後來加個雞肉公仔麵，菠蘿油麵包非常的好吃，皮脆奶油香，軟硬適中，吃起來還想再吃一個，無奈肚子裝不下雞翅的部分老實說我覺得就還好，另外的凍鴛鴦非常好喝，咖啡味道香也不失奶油的香氣，喝起來不甜膩，最後就是這個麵肉真的很扎實也不少，是比其他有些店來的公道一些價格了未來會再來光顧！
