To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鼻涕炒飯，未食過咁難食嘅炒飯

叫左個五香肉丁炒飯，一上檯，一望就知瀨嘢，炒飯望落係白色濕潤得嚟又一舊舊，食左頭兩三啖，食到一啖係未炒散嘅一舊鹽，同一堆好濕潤的飯，肉丁有三四粒嘅。。。。我食左未夠五啖已經埋單走，當時有入客，個男的又叫左五香肉丁炒飯，當刻好想嗌停佢，講真，個炒飯唔係貴亦唔係平。。。但唔好咁冇誠意咁頹囉。。
