友人是個歐洲迷,平日最愛就是吃意大利薄餅,早前相約我一敘,就選了來銅鑼灣這間以即叫即做手工 Pizza 為主打的「The Point」。餐廳位於登龍街轉角處,門面搶眼,以通透明亮的落地玻璃作設計,讓內部一目了然。踏進店,地方唔錯,樓底高,空間感大,環境舒服,燈光明亮,配上一室木質餐桌,簡約自然,帶歐陸風情。入坐後再細心留意,原來天花板用左燈泡砌出餐廳「THE POINT」嘅店名,裝潢很有心思,令人眼前一亮。先拿起幾份餐牌逐一細看,食物款式不少,有湯、沙律、小食、約廿款不同口味嘅薄餅、意粉、通粉、主菜,另外亦有甜品、甜 Pizza、凍茶、啤酒、非酒精類飲品及雞尾酒等,選擇豐富。見這天天氣回暖,有點悶熱,所以決定先每人點杯凍飲降降溫。揀左 Fruit Punch ($48)  同 Mango Tango ($48)  各一,前者雜果賓治以橙汁、西柚汁和草莓蓉等炮製,味道帶酸,果味濃郁;而後者就用左新鮮芒果汁、橙汁同梳打調成,入口微甜帶清,順喉不涸,果味自然。既然一心為吃薄餅而來,當然要揀番個餐廳招牌菜試下,點了一客 Lobster Pizza 龍蝦薄餅 ($298)。Pizza 用料矜貴,

既然一心為吃薄餅而來,當然要揀番個餐廳招牌菜試下,點了一客 Lobster Pizza 龍蝦薄餅 ($298)。Pizza 用料矜貴,採用了原隻澳洲龍蝦,望落去好有立體感,造型奪目,氣勢十足,視覺效果一流,加上即叫即焗,上桌時仍熱辣辣。先用手提起一件,拉絲效果明顯,上面嘅龍蝦肉鮮爽彈牙,而龍蝦頭入面就釀左用海鮮汁炒過的大蝦粒和菇菌。

餅底用上幼滑的意大利 00 麵粉和新鮮芝士焗成,食落又薄又脆,配上新鮮嘅茴香頭、車厘茄、水牛芝士和海鮮汁,入口香氣四溢,惹味得來又帶點清香,讓人吃得相當滿足。

接著的 Norwegian Salmon 木烤三文魚配黑松露忌廉汁 ($182),水準亦不遑多讓,三文魚以一隻黑色圓碟盛上,底層墊有烤薯仔、意大利黃瓜及青瓜,面頭飾上兩條翠綠的蘆筍,賣相挺美。魚皮煎得脆口甘香、而魚肉質感亦軟綿輕柔,吃起來嫩滑無比,蘸上菌香十足的黑松露忌廉汁,更有畫龍點睛之妙。

Sweet Pizza 是餐廳另一名物,當然唔可以錯過,點了 Nutella Orange Pizza 香橙榛子醬薄餅 ($72),薄餅只有 6”,size 不大,最適合兩個人分享。廚師喺餅底鋪滿橙肉和合桃粒,再淋上榛子朱古力醬,中間伴以一球雲呢拿雪糕。Pizza 入口微酸帶甜,開胃迷人,而雪糕亦質感滑溜,令甜蜜滋味升級。見鄰桌點的煙三文魚薄餅和紅酒燴和牛肋肉,看起來都非常吸引,唔知友人是否有興趣再同我來一試呢?
