To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日天朗氣清,走畢龍躍頭文物徑後,到聯和墟食午餐,想到大蕃薯很久,也許時間尚早,不用等位,餐廳內客人很少,侍應直接安排入座。侍應熱心又主動,我們叫2用食物3個人分享,侍應主動拿3份餐具給我們,很多餐廳也不會這麼主動和細心,值得一讚。點了:芥蜜脆皮原隻咸豬手--豬手外皮脆下下,內裏肉質多汁細嫩,配合芥蜜汁減少油膩感,值得回味的菜式。肉醬意粉--意粉乾硬度剛好,肉味濃郁,入口不會油膩。蕃薯奶茶--本身有2個餐,等意叫2一杯普通奶茶作比較,有淡淡的蕃薯味,奶茶變得甜甜的,入口較稠,等別的味道,但注意糖份攝取的我,還是留給家人品嚐,但家人又只說沒特別。蕃薯蓉批--這是跟餐加錢換的甜品,軟軟的,濃厚蕃薯味,味道不會太甜,不愛甜品,但愛蕃薯的我,也吃了好幾口。是次惠顧,可能人流不多,侍應生服務態度良好,食物味道也有特式和令人滿足口胃。本人已忘了價錢,但不會太貴,也可嘗到特式菜。下次會為豬手,蕃薯蓉批再來的。
