第2次黎堂食,1次過打哂平民西餐🤤🤤😋和牛(m4/m5)(佢有熟成牛扒但我仲未試):內裡剛好冇哂血水,而外面亦冇乾到,好juicy,處理火侯非常用心,其實好多餐廳都做唔到卡邦尼pasta:係正宗做法,非白汁,開頭推介我地食,我都唔太想,因為通常都好膩,但即管試下,上枱時見到佢唔係白色,就知佢唔係果回事,入口味道好濃郁,完全唔係常見果種,令到我對卡邦尼改觀黑松露pasta:我係超鍾意食黑松露,坊間好多時係放到面前先聞到,氣味唔濃但味道好濃,好似再加工過咁,而依度,佢未埋到黎我已經聞到佢陣臭gas味,食落口係淡淡既松露香心太軟:以前20歲前果時都ok既,唔會抗拒心太軟,但20后就唔鍾意,如果menu得心太軟,我會直接放棄唔食,因為好很甜,而且得好少流心,今次食,係因為餐廳知我慶祝紀念日,專登整個甜品,我見到都愕左然,話唔鍾意食,佢都叫我試左先,食落唔太甜又超多流心,原來係70%,同埋廚師試左好多次先推出,我食完覺得好可惜得咁細舊,真係好食,下次黎食我會好welcome見到佢煙三文魚無花果沙律:對草食類黎講係好正常既事,唔多講燒雞肉串配華多夫沙律:我好怕見到餐廳啲白色1pat既沙律,因為全部

卡邦尼pasta:

對草食類黎講係好正常既事,唔多講

燒雞肉串配華多夫沙律:
我好怕見到餐廳啲白色1pat既沙律,因為全部都係沙律醬,但佢既華多夫係非常正,好重口感,真係有野咬,同埋完全食唔到沙律醬味

cheese cake:
係我另1樣幾驚伏既甜品,唔係芝士控,好怕漏,但都改觀,佢好綿,有啲莎利蛋糕feel,感覺好輕唔heavy

總結:長食長有,高汁
