To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1月份生日去海洋公園-威威司令火車蛋糕開心賀壽

海洋公園是生日的好去處，尤其在1月份，天氣好，不太熱，而2019年1月份生日的朋友，除了可在生日日起計7天內免費入園，在指定餐廳用餐，還會送蛋糕。因海龍皇餐廳當日下午有活動不開放、冰極餐廳滿座，已下午4時多，只好去嵐灣茶座。當時下著微雨，入座前侍應提醒，如下雨，全部座位皆會受影響，他也勤快地把枱移到牆邊，再安排我們入座。嵐灣茶座提供3款下午茶餐，皆配果汁1杯及迷你哈根達斯雪糕1杯，我們選了帶子雞扒烏冬。烏冬份量足，雞扒很大塊，但帶子只有1小粒，配少量粟米、昆布和酸蘿蔔作配菜。雖然份量足，但在十來度、天陰陰下微雨的室外，吃著這只是微暖的湯烏冬，味道也只能說是一般般了。總結，茶座的環境很好，天氣好的時候用餐是不錯的 ; 不過食物的款式和質素有進步空間
