(包裝美觀，畢竟要價25大元一個，與市面好幾間知名的cupcake shop售價相同。)twelve cupcakes的紅絲絨杯子蛋糕比較坊間其他cupcake shop所售的濕潤和綿密。我猜應該是用shortening和牛油混合糖攪拌的效果(?)，所以食完一整個亦不會感到油膩。蛋糕本身的甜度較低，配合vanilla creamcheese frosting的確絕配，難怪成為best seller。vanilla creamcheese frosting細滑濃郁，好似食緊cream cheese truffle咁，份量也不會太多引致過甜。不過整體味道方面我都係中意sift 多d，有機會都會試下其他口味。(建議店方可以學下sift搞多d online promotion 多買多送益食客)
