To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

JW Cafe 既buffet不嬲出色. 今次蟹主題, 雖然比平時貴.  但亦多咗好多蟹選揀, 搞到平時主角花膠同鮑魚都變咗配菜.  長腳蟹食得出新鮮唔會勁咸. 蟹粉小籠包鮮味. 最估唔到既係放係片鴨附近既蟹蓋, 入面全部一疏疏蟹肉. 勁滿足. 蟹餅反而唔洗試.其他炒蟹其實都好食. 但可惜個肚有限. 食唔到咁多.
