To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次嚟依間一星餐廳主席係慶祝生日,預早兩個月預留個window seat,一路望住日落一路食飲,真係享受咁望住個靚景梗係要襯番支紅酒先得,咁就開左支意大利既紅酒,幾易入口,價錢八百幾蚊算係咁啦由於唔太肚餓既關係,唔可以試到咁多款,所以唯有向餐廳侍應查詢可否份量減半,侍應亦好好咁問廚房,結果亦好體諒情況容許每件計,值得稱讚咁當然叫左好馳名既蝦多土窩貼,黑豚肉叉燒,花雕蛋白蒸蟹鉗,豚肉卷同埋東玻肉蝦多士窩貼,蝦肉彈牙又夠大舊,嚟多士就好脆,加上甜酸汁,係一個必食既前菜西班牙黑豚肉叉燒,切得好大好厚,咬落好淋又有肉汁,送紅酒一流花雕蛋白蒸蟹鉗,價錢真係好貴,不過食完又會覺得物有所值。蛋白入口好重花雕既香味,蛋白好滑配上啖啖肉既蟹鉗,食完真係滿足豚肉卷同東玻肉都係好食,不過就無之前嗰三樣咁特出去到甜品方面,就叫左個奶黃流心煎堆同埋楊枝金露。個煎堆一咬落去啲奶黃即係巴巴聲流出嚟,奶黃味道好好,超級好食。至於個楊枝金露就平平啦。依餐真係一個非常好既生日飯
