將軍澳中心翻新之後開左好多間新食店, 其中呢間玉子造屋係我同老婆去得最多嘅一間, 玉子造屋係一間以蛋為主題嘅中日Fusion餐廳, 好啱我地鍾意食日本野又鍾意食靚蛋嘅人。😋餐廳位於將軍澳中心地下, 裝修以木色同米白色為主, 簡約而富有格調。我地今晚收工未夠7點就到餐廳, 人未開始多。餐廳最近推出左全新嘅玉子丼飯, 共有8款, 由$68起, 價錢非常吸引, 我地點左兩個丼, 加左碟炒菜, 另外當然唔少得老婆最愛嘅Pancake啦。😁鵝肝牛扒丼 $118呢款鵝肝牛扒丼$118價錢雖然平, 不過用料絕不將貨就價, 鵝肝大大片又厚身, 兩面都煎至焦香, 油香豐腴, 味道濃郁, 牛扒約5成熟, 肉質細嫩, 配上餐廳招牌玉子同燒蘋果, 非常豐盛。😍豚肉生薑燒丼 $75老婆呢碗豚肉丼好多豚肉, 豚肉肥瘦有致富有肉汁, 配上洋蔥再混入招牌玉子, 非常惹味。👍轉定食 +$25丼飯加$25轉定食包括有赤味噌湯, 沙律同飲品, 價錢合理。炒野菜 $45老婆另點嘅炒野菜種類都好多, 味道爽甜唔油膩, 份量都唔少。😙原味班戟(楓樹糖漿, 鮮忌廉) $45去玉子造屋食飯我地每次都會點呢款班戟, 蛋味比其他餐廳嘅濃
