2015年嘅最後一日男朋友book咗尼間餐廳同我慶祝平日真係好少會搵樓上餐廳..估唔到今次佢咁有驚喜 特登上網做晒research搵到呢間餐廳一入到去 個環境都唔錯 好闊落 都幾有情調坐底 個WAITER都好好SERVICE 問我要暖水定凍水 同埋都介紹番有咩好食男朋友好快就ORDER左個除夕SET 同埋白酒成個set有6個courses.. 有個Martini樣既salad.. 芝士蠔....... 不過我最中意既係個鵝肝卷..上台個陣 我100%唔知佢係咩... 慢慢睇先見到係用左D細魚乾仔roll住個鵝肝.. 切落去個下D 魚乾仔唔會散開晒.. 入口 鵝肝油脂味好重 好juicy 但魚乾仔就好脆口 外脆內軟 口感好得E... 我真係好中意... 仲要加分係有少少黑醋味 JENG!仲有尼個松露鮑魚 都好正! (唔好E思 out focus左 ^^")松露香味真係KEEP到好耐 加埋鮑魚 令到個餐飯即刻LEVEL UP!

上台個陣 我100%唔知佢係咩... 慢慢睇先見到係用左D細魚乾仔roll住個鵝肝.. 
切落去個下D 魚乾仔唔會散開晒.. 入口 鵝肝油脂味好重 好juicy
但魚乾仔就好脆口 外脆內軟 口感好得E... 我真係好中意... 仲要加分係有少少黑醋味 JENG!
