好多年前來過這裡食buffet，當年為爸爸慶生還未裝修，當年對食物的感覺都好好，今年決定再來！buffet六點開始，5:50左右到達，要等5分鐘才可以入座，食物種類依然都係選擇不多，冷盤沒有龍蝦，但蒜茸蒸龍蝦不斷供應，refill得相當快，我都食了1隻！是晚主題是避風塘海鮮之夜，熱盤9成是海鮮，除了剌身/壽司，有大蜆、炒蟹鉗、避風塘炒蠔、椒鹽瀨尿蝦、蒸龍躉件、龍蝦天使麵等，避風塘炒蠔同蒸龍躉件都"聲聲"地，比較失望，避風塘海鮮之夜比平時buffet貴，椒鹽瀨尿蝦大隻但無咩肉，其他的都唔錯！肉類有燒味，叉燒都幾好，仲有羊架個d，不過無食了！甜品選擇都係不多，只食了芝士蛋糕同朱古力蛋糕，甜品反映了酒店級數幾好，再幾了很多生果同1杯Haagen-Dazs雪糕，就完結了今晚buffet，2小時已經食到好飽。餐茶唔多選擇，Cafe Hyatt有花茶，但這裡沒有
