早在聖誕節前幾天就已經跟家人來個pre-Christmas dinner,我選擇了這家我曾經來過吃午飯的Beanswork。餐廳位於銅鑼灣靜中帶旺的糖街,工業式裝修設計加上落地大玻璃特別令人覺得有活力。餐廳為應節亦添置了聖誕飾物,從門外看已經感到很有氣氛。步進時店內已經滿座,幸好男友預訂了座位。《Fifty Fifty $48》用上50% black coffee + 50% dark chocolate製作而成。黑朱古力味道比較重之中又不失咖啡香。《Steamer $42》蒸煮鮮奶加上蜜糖,口感滑溜之餘味道微甜。好大杯,冬天捧在手心實在溫暖。《牛油果蘆筍沙律 $88》牛油果下是大量新鮮沙律菜,絕不吝嗇,而且拌有燒香過的秋葵,再配上黑醋汁更顯鮮味開胃,有驚喜。《煙燻挪威三文魚沙律 $98》三文魚大片又多,下面同樣地放有大量新鮮沙律菜,三文魚蘸上黑醋汁更提味。《芝士煙肉釀烤菇 $62》兩隻大烤菇厚而多汁,中間釀了煙肉加芝士,芝士是幾款芝士混合而成,有拉絲效果之餘又香郁,當中的煙肉增加口感。伴碟的沙律菜中更放有微酸的紅桑子和藍莓來減膩感。**新品**《自欺欺人慢煮乳豬漢堡 芒果$128》因

因為這新品還未印在餐牌上,所以店員主動推薦和介紹說道慢煮乳豬漢堡有兩款:一款比較heavy用上慢煮乳豬夾牛排,另一款相比下比較輕怡的就是筆者所吃的這款。

**新品**《慢煮鴨胸配蘋果泥 $128》鴨胸的皮烤煮得微焦香口,微酸的蘋果泥很提味,但如果鴨肉能嫩及入味一點會比較好,醬汁多一點亦更好。

忌廉蘑菇湯的奶味較重,如果菇蘑多些和奶味輕些會更好。

麵條煙韌有口感,忌廉白汁的濃稠度剛好,再配上黑松露令整體更香郁。
每條麵條都很掛汁,所以入口十分惹味而不膩,很讚。

窩夫有4片,厚身之餘外脆內軟十分可口,不會有軟軟濕濕的口感。蘸上糖漿甜而不膩,忌廉份量又剛好,放上了藍莓、士多啤梨等數款什莓酸酸甜甜的水果又可減膩感。

《法式焦糖燉蛋(自家烘焙茶味) $52》薄脆的焦糖配上甜度輕的燉蛋,當中有淡淡香郁的焙茶味,再慢慢浸出蛋味和雲尼拿味,可見當中有鮮雲尼拿籽,一道簡單而有心機的甜品
