To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2019最後一天，靜靜地走到淺水灣享受寧靜的一刻。雖然不是風和日麗，有微微的寒風，但不會影響我的興緻。嚟間餐廳平時座無虛席，今日是平曰的關係，想坐邊都得，甚至乎連吊椅都有，可坐著望住無敵大海，真係另有一番風味喔！白酒蕃茄蝦意粉，味道比較淡，白酒和蕃茄味並不特出。還不是熱呼呼那種。最好是蝦隻，爽口彈牙。咖啡是這店的signature, 點番杯cappuccino ，香醇甘厚，苦澀帶甘，餘韻長久，好品質。

白酒蕃茄蝦意粉，味道比較淡，白酒和蕃茄味並不特出。還不是熱呼呼那種。最好是蝦隻，爽口彈牙。
