To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

適逢元気壽司於 2023 年初推出了限定新品，我抱著好奇心態嘗試新品的質素，趁著星期一有半日 day-off，便於下午時段到金鐘店嘗試各款新品。可惜的是，可能剛過了午市高峰時段，有兩款新品已沽清… 今次唯有嘗試餘下的新品吧金鐘店的店鋪面積算大，可是整潔程度一般，不時會有蒼蠅飛過… 店員上菜時的服務亦非常一般，有時會「用力地」把壽司上枱如果不是食物質素較高，下次絕不會再光顧此分店…整個用餐體驗尚可接受，希望元気於改進食物質素的同時，店鋪質數都可以同步改善
