Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

男朋友上個月睇到滙豐信用卡有優惠，於是訂左今日去試下，因為之前聽朋友講呢間Sunday Brunch 唔錯而且可以11:00食到14:30我地11:00 去到，可能太早，得2，3張枱有客人，服務員就安排左近窗邊座位比我地，想講環境好開揚，光猛，座位夠闊落坐低左服務員就為我地斟香檳🍾️(Moët)，之後就出去拎野食冷盤海鮮有龍蝦🦞，麵包蟹，大蝦，蟹腳，蟹鉗，全部都好新鮮好鮮甜另外有一般Buffet 比較少有既魚子醬，仲有3款，各有唔同口感，好味其次食得最多既就係我最愛既鵝肝，好Juicy 又夠脆！其他熟食有片皮鴨，芝士龍蝦🦞，芝士菠菜焗大蠔，牛扒都好味，牛扒淋淋地唔韌另外有三款支裝新鮮果汁都好飲好fresh 又唔太甜，分別有Mango Juice ，Orange Juice 同Watermelon Juice 最後甜品時間，本人唔太好甜品，去到甜品區只有榴槤Cheese Cake 🍰 同榴槤雪糕🍦吸引到我，而且仲好好味啊！總括而言，無論環境，食物質素，服務都好滿意，一定會再來食

冷盤海鮮有龍蝦🦞，麵包蟹，大蝦，蟹腳，蟹鉗，全部都好新鮮好鮮甜

另外有一般Buffet 比較少有既魚子醬，仲有3款，各有唔同口感，好味
其次食得最多既就係我最愛既鵝肝
，好Juicy 又夠脆！
其他熟食有片皮鴨，芝士龍蝦🦞，芝士菠菜焗大蠔，牛扒都好味，牛扒淋淋地唔韌


另外有三款支裝新鮮果汁都好飲好fresh 又唔太甜，分別有Mango Juice ，Orange Juice 同Watermelon Juice


最後甜品時間，本人唔太好甜品，去到甜品區只有榴槤Cheese Cake 🍰 同榴槤雪糕🍦吸引到我，而且仲好好味啊！

總括而言，無論環境，食物質素，服務
都好滿意，一定會再來食
