先講讚嘅部份 「手剁肉餅籠仔蒸蟹飯」做得好🙌🏼  肉餅質地適中 肉有馬蹄粒加上肉蟹汁水令肉餅鮮味十足  榮獲當日MVP😋   乳鴿調味剛好 外皮香脆🤤 唯獨肉質輕微過熟🤫   另外菜式擺盤方面都好有排場✨  每到上菜時大家都會「嘩~嘩~嘩~」「隻碟好長」「隻碟好大」「拔絲生果好似食神入邊嘅雙氧水加水晶膠」係十分刺激眼球👀  餐廳每枱都係獨立房間亦都免開瓶  好啱鍾意飲酒嘅朋友酒聚🍷🥂  講完讚又講吓可以改善嘅地方 「香草芥末脆脆大虎蝦 」 蝦肉彈牙亦濃蝦味 加埋脆米口感亦有所提升  但拌喺當中嘅生紫洋蔥太多太大塊🫨  咀嚼時口腔極度辛辣 都係生紫洋蔥嘅味道  完全破壞菜式平衡😕  「蟹粉粉絲焗蟹」極其濃味🦀  如果菜式名稱係「胡椒粉絲焗蟹」整件事就合理得多  胡椒味濃到加入嘅蟹粉完全冇味  會令人好奇為何要在蟹粉混集大量胡椒粉呢🤔  🔖 - 堂灼鮑魚 - 香草芥末脆脆大虎蝦 - 芝士龍蝦多士 - 手剁肉餅籠仔蒸蟹飯⭐️⭐️ - 蟹粉粉絲焗蟹  - 嫩滑肉汁乳鴿⭐️ - 椰子雞湯 - 金湯燴千絲 - 臘味飯  - 拔絲生果  $$$: ~HK$788 p.p.丨十道菜
