To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間Cafe 可以話係大隱隱於市,座落喺金鐘萬豪酒店內,環境舒適但係價格幾親民,非常適合附近返工嘅打工仔去Chill 吓。只係座位唔多,如果lunch time 可能要等位。要咗杯《White Chocolate Latte 8oz》($42),拉花同奶泡都做得幾有水準。白朱古力味道唔算突出,但咖啡香氣濃郁。亦都試咗《Lemon Frappe》($52),檸檬雪葩打成嘅沙冰非常清新,比咖啡仲要醒腦提神。比起咁上下價錢嘅集團式咖啡店,呢度明顯足料好多。《Ham & Swiss Cheese Crossaint》($42) 焗得香口而且份量十足。入口牛油味香濃,配上半溶芝士,一樂也。《Classic Club Bagutte》($50) 用panini grill 烘得酥脆,配上鹹香嘅煙肉同火雞肉令人垂涎三尺。《Cream Cheese Bagel》($35) 就有少少失望,雖然bagel 有烘熱過,但附上嘅Cream cheese 只係得細細一兜,唔夠過癮。如果可以搽上厚厚嘅一層先配得上呢度嘅級數。估唔到cafe 都有即做嘅雪糕芭菲,忘記咗係邊隻雪糕牌子(好似H字頭定M字頭)。無論如何,
