To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

銅鑼灣富豪酒店而家做緊6折自助餐，折完後每位只需$425，係$425蚊你就可以係咁食龍蝦🦞。今次主題係圍繞住龍蝦，而且係唔會斷供，真係會食到你唔想食，主打有凍龍蝦，薑蔥龍蝦，芝士龍蝦，龍蝦伊麵，龍蝦湯等，另外Movenpick同煎鵝肝都係任食，性價比真係超高。呢間自助餐因為疫情，所以模式有些少唔同，出去拎嘢食時候，你唔可以自己夾食物，會由開放廚房夾埋食物比你，只要你講要啲咩，同要幾多就ok，雖然可以減少交叉感染，但真係辛苦班廚師了，重要招呼埋客人，而且服務態度好好🙏重點要溫馨提示下嘅係，自助餐款式唔多，係真係主要圍繞龍蝦，如果你唔係龍蝦愛好者，真係唔建議你去，因為你選擇會好少，值得一提龍蝦之外，極力推薦個煎鵝肝，超級出色，我冒著高膽固醇危險，自己食左8舊🙈
