To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

6:30pm到店，職員指引我到位置，但沒有比單做數碼落單，之後等左5分鐘，三個食客到店找位置，職員望向我的位置，以為你知道我等左你5分鐘啦，我說我坐低你沒有給我單，點知單都唔比我叫我比個位佢比其他食客，擺明叫我走，算數都無心情再去食，以前都唔再食譚仔。 咁大個場得一個職員仲要趕人走，今時今日有啲咁嘅服務質素，真係搵鬼食，坐低前見到有張枱執都無執過，睇尼一定係人手唔夠，比張單又比唔到，執張枱又執唔到。
