和朋友二度到訪此餐廳,就是為了和牛而來。可惜今次剛好沒有和牛供應,可能因為還在是新年吧,如果下次來時有和牛,一定要再點呢! 招牌炸子雞,半隻,$198我們點了飲宴中常吃的炸子雞,因為在家弄不到。炸子雞的雞皮很薄,十分脆口,而且色澤油潤金黃。而雞肉充滿肉汁而不油膩,連雞胸都很好吃呢! 古法扣乾鮑,8頭,$538沒有和牛,我們在新年豪一豪,點了8頭乾鮑!鮑魚比掌心再大1/3, 而且厚身。切開後一梳梳,看到曬乾時的痕跡。而鮑魚不黏口,煙靭有日曬的香氣,在口腔久久不散。這兒臺與臺之間寬闊,臺面夠大,談生意跟同家人食飯都很體面呢!
