To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夏天最鍾意開著冷氣打邊爐😍今晚同學介紹黎呢間係旺角既「火水爐」,因為一至四晚市有85折,所以約左平日食☺️☺️擇左「安格斯牛小排花膠火鍋 $328 」85折之後$279/人,另加醬油費$14/位 。.餐廳係樓上1樓,要行少少樓梯先到,裝修真係有好多火水爐作裝飾🤣一坐低就order湯底,擇左「濃厚花膠雞湯鍋」,花膠雞湯真心👍🏻勁足料又大舊花膠,雞件有成超過半隻雞,煮得耐都唔會太鞋口,夠滑嫩。.另外有落單紙自己點野食,任食安格斯牛小排同牛頸脊... 個人覺得安格斯牛小排高質且再黎多幾碟都係靚油花,入口即溶。每次叫幾多黎幾多,可能平日唔多人,所以都無咩漏單情況。除左牛之外,仲有好多種類港式打邊爐料,較為吸引同多叫既係鮮蝦雲吞/水餃🥟,皮薄大蝦,加埋花膠湯底好夾。.任點任食既每次份量都唔會黎太多,岩食先再點,火鍋配料最常點既鵝腸、水魷、牛柏葉、響鈴、魚皮、丸類都應有盡有。.飲品類方面有罐裝汽水、竹蔗水、菊花茶、冬瓜茶...如果要無糖茶類等等就另外加錢。.任食邊爐CP值幾高👍🏻星期一至四黎講真心抵食🤭🤭😍種類多牛肉好正😋
