To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友嚟到等咗15分鐘入坐，一人叫咗一碗 poke bowl 😋今次我揀嘅係兩個刺身 half-half，有三文魚、吞拿魚😋 可以食兩種魚冇咁悶，另外仲可以揀三款配料(多過三款就要額外付費)，我就揀咗豆腐、枝豆同香茹😋😋呢間pokebowl 可以選擇配飯或者沙律，仲可以雙拼添！😍 額外仲可以任選小菜，例如紫菜碎、木魚等等，選擇眾多🤩地方唔算好大，同朋友嚟食嘅時候係1:30，所以冇咩人，都坐得舒服嘅😌
