餐廳環境輕奢高雅,以金色白色做主調,明亮輕鬆,寬敞舒適,而間格設計提高私穩摩;員工們交替服務,全部態度友善,禮貌地解說食材,有些頗健談,沒有令客人有任何必需添加酒水之壓力,相反地,送贈蛋糕及臨別之朱古力小禮物,小小心意令客人窩心。

最後值得一提,Amber 的食物不含任何乳製品,Richard Ekkebus 刻意運用大豆、米、穀物及堅果奶等取代法式料理常見的忌廉、牛奶及牛油;同時亦透過發酵過程和海帶等食材中的天然鈉來提升鮮味,減少以鹽調味,非常配合現在盛行健康飲食的原則。
