有個都真係幾耐無見o既朋友,上次見面o個陣佢都仲未畢業,而家已經係個才俊,年輕有為。咁約食飯當然要揀番d 符合佢身份o既餐廳啦,都係睇下steak house 或者restaurant bar 咁,最後book o左呢間bar。在場所見,平日晚上都好full,好在有book 檯。餐廳有兩層,地下較外面亦即係我地坐o既位置以粗石磚牆裝飾為主,配上高檯高凳;裡面則用上酒窖色tone,d 檯可以併做一齊成為長檯。而雖然坐唔到上層,但我之前從openrice 睇上面有住好靚o既古典大班椅,好有private clubhouse o既style!set dinner o既是日餐湯係洋蔥湯,高湯之中,突顯住洋蔥淡淡o既清甜。法式o既食法配上法包,浸透食用,令到隻包無咁硬身更易於入口。頭盤我地都叫o左半熟吞拿魚伴三文魚子,佢唔係日式o個隻用明火燒至半熟,反而係透過熟成處理,令到口感結實如煙肉,又多種芝士發酵o個類o既氣息,味道甚佳,非常推介!我地其中一個主菜點o左美式燒烤醬烤白春雞配中東米、火箭菜沙律($278 未加一)。隻雞外層泛起油光,搽上o既醬汁濃稠而惹味。中東米睇起上o黎好似d 好細粒o既米

我地其中一個主菜點o左美式燒烤醬烤白春雞配中東米、火箭菜沙律($278 未加一)。隻雞外層泛起油光,搽上o既醬汁濃稠而惹味。中東米睇起上o黎好似d 好細粒o既米飯,但其實佢唔係穀粒,而係將d 小麥粉整到好似飯咁,見佢再混以蕃茄同西芹粒一齊,連同上頭o既火箭生菜,食落健康得o黎又幾有風味。

至於另一個餐,就嗌o左法式半熟鴨胸配鯷魚、牛油焗薯、車厘子汁($298)。肥美o既鴨胸內層仍然略帶粉紅,外層則煎得甘香。用上車厘子汁感覺即時high class o左一個層次,佢o既味道有d 似梅子醬o個種甜味,卻又多種生果o既果香,而雖然無寫明,佢仲附上另一隻菠蘿醬,一樣咁味美。兩小條鯷魚好重腥味同埋可能加o左少少檸檬汁,比較重口味,配上焗薯正好中和一番。

跟餐有個小小甜品麵包布甸,蛋香唔錯,本身亦都唔會過甜。小小一間bar 都能整出decent o既多國菜,雖然價錢屬於中上,但仍然都幾值得。
