印度牛油咖哩雞:咖哩香料味不會太濃,適合香港人口味。味道甜中帶酸,質地很滑,又不會太重味,點薄餅或是單吃醬料都可以。雞肉很嫰,沒有骨,小朋友都可以吃。原味烤餅:很鬆軟,上桌時還是熱辣辣,點Butter Chicken的醬是絕配,要點兩份薄餅才夠吃。香料烤魷魚:用鐵板上,夠熱,外觀吸引。魷魚用咖哩調味過,肉厚但完全不韌,惹味可口。魷魚筒內釀了薯仔和印度飯,吸了咖哩和魷魚的鮮味,非常好吃,而且釀薯仔並不簡單,廚師功夫很好。椰青:水非常多又甜,椰肉嫰滑。
