To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 走過這格以木為主要裝飾的店子,還以為是西式cafe,原來是越南菜!好寄之下走去試試。等位用了十分鐘,有位時待應就要我先order才入座,於是選了最基本的生牛肉牛丸湯河。食物很快上枱,是一個很高的碗……而枱跟桌子高度的比例不太好(桌子太矮),加上我高度的關係,腰板挺直才可吃到。湯顏色非常清,但仍然保持濃濃的牛肉味,鋪面的生牛肉亦非常鮮嫩,牛肉熟很剛好,且林身。牛丸彈牙,軟滑易咬,尚算不錯。
