The signature duck confit is really good. I like the honey crispy skin of the duck confit and the combination with guava balanced out the saltiness of the duck and the burdock is well flavoured. I personally would prefer to have mashed potato as the base of the duck confit tho.The foie gras is well cooked and matches well with the fig and mashed 🍎. Wish the foie gras can be bigger!
