To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

富山麵家出到銅鑼灣想食拉麵即刻諗起拉麵Jo既沾麵同辣芽菜高菜點知2點幾去到都排晒長龍饑腸碌碌底下見到隔離街呢間人少少就決定照試下叫左2碗麵分別係🟠黑醬油拉麵($85)🔴味噌拉麵($85)2碗麵配料接近一樣只不過係味噌會多左粟米，而2碗既叉燒都係一樣地咁乾。黑醬油唔知個黑字點解，因為食落就係普通醬油味，湯底偏淡。味噌都一樣係好淡，麵質偏硬合我心水可惜所有野加埋就非常一般，以銅鑼灣既競爭如非肚餓唔想行應該絕不有下次了。

🟠黑醬油拉麵($85)
🔴味噌拉麵($85)
2碗麵配料接近一樣只不過係味噌會多左粟米，而2碗既叉燒都係一樣地咁乾。
黑醬油唔知個黑字點解，因為食落就係普通醬油味，湯底偏淡。
味噌都一樣係好淡，麵質偏硬合我心水可惜所有野加埋就非常一般，以銅鑼灣既競爭如非肚餓唔想行應該絕不有下次了。
