To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從未試過喺香港食過咁難食既拉面，碗拉面充滿梘水味，面質咬落同supermarket買既公仔拉面一樣，而個湯底懷疑係隔離Donki買既即食湯包。沾面湯底一樣係即食湯包冲出黎，面質又削，叉燒又柴又冇味，唯一慶幸係燒雞翼同餃子充滿家的感覺，因為從味道到質感都同屋企求其整既味道一樣，雞翼一食就知未醃過，個餃子煎到皮淋餡凍！食完仲要發現廚房嗰位操廣東話既師傅冇帶口罩煮面...天啊嚴重懷疑嗰5年拉面冠軍點得黎？！
