To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近日經過銅鑼灣見到呢間拉麵，睇落門面都正正常常就諗住試吓，食完結論係試一次就夠了，不論食物還是服務態度都屬負評。當日食咗冠軍黑醬油拉麵同雞翼。拉麵麵質令人諗起街坊餐廳嘅拉麵，叉燒比較薄同表面淡而無色，比較失望店家無花功夫燒過表面，湯底亦只能食出鹹味。令人費解點解個麵叫「冠軍」，性價比好低。雞翼就外皮好硬、唔入味。當日門面有兩位員工，其中一位服務態度好差，問佢問題就好晦氣咁答人，俾錢買難受，唔會再去。
