To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

勁中意佢個湯底

雖然大家都好鍾意食譚仔，食到去唔唔知賺到幾多億，仲比日本仔收購埋，但我始終都係鍾意食雲貴香果湯底。每次一定會食小鍋米線加酸辣湯底，嗰種酸係好惹味嘅，同埋如果愛辣嘅話又有肉碎，酸又有酸菜。食嘅時候就好似激，但我最唔鍾意佢就係食完之後會好口渴好口渴，好想飲水，唔知會唔會係因為太多味精？但係久不久就好想食碗，仲要差唔多飲晒啲湯米線最緊要就係彈牙，我覺得佢啲米線質素就好彈性嘅，有次去食淋到一個點，即刻有啲失望。至於雲吞就皮太厚好似加＄7就有杯凍奶茶，杯奶茶都拍得住茶餐廳水準價錢經濟希望佢keep住做啦！

米線最緊要就係彈牙，我覺得佢啲米線質素就好彈性嘅，有次去食淋到一個點，即刻有啲失望。至於雲吞就皮太厚
