To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超差服務的歺廳

這間食店的服務可以說是神級，神級的差，我從來都覺得有好服務的歺廳，真的可遇不可求。可能因為價錢平，所以歺廳對員工的服務沒有什麼規定，食物好吃，服務未必好。但這不是定律，也有些好服務，價錢合理，食物又好的歺廳(still finding)。回歸正點，這間歺廳食物一般，服務又差。我星期六下午1點去試下在這歺廳吃午餐，入面不太多人，好多位置都是坐1個人，我見到有張吉枱，就坐下，是常識吧。但阿姐隨即叫我搭枱，於是我便去搭枱，但原來唔係個個都要求撘枱，之後進來的都是自由坐的，為什麼要我搭枱呢？明明見到歺牌有米粉，但阿姐話重慶酸辣係唔可以轉米粉，這是規定，又話要多葱要加錢，哈，真係吹賬。無下次了。
