今午可以真正品嚐傳聞頂好的中菜舘,首先頭盤有軟滑的黑毛豬、香脆的蝦餅及入味之蘿蔔皮,已經令我味覺大開,之後接著清甜滋補之花膠燉雪梨及啖啖魚肉之薑葱斑塊,再下一城地攻佔我的鮮味感覺,至於酸味,鼎用檸檬酸處理生炒骨及有層次感的雲耳齋,再來有飯味之黑松露雞粒炒飯,我已樂在其中,最後辣辣地之蕃薯糖水作完美的一幕告終。多謝您~敬愛的鼎爺。
