To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 傳說中... 呢間位於上環的「流心龍蝦湯牛角包」小店驚為天人,一直在我的口袋清單,於是這晚與朋友特來一試。很可惜的是,希望愈大、隨之而來的失望也愈大..這晚點選了多款餐品,包括首本名菜「流心龍蝦湯牛角包」($48) 牛角包賣相還尚可,包面鋪上少量芝士同焗,但個人認為牛角包烘焙得略為過燶、上桌時亦沒有牛角包新鮮出爐時該有的撲鼻牛油香氣切開牛角包後,內藏的龍蝦湯潺潺流出,湯汁質地稀身、味道頗鹹;最大問題是牛角包和龍蝦湯都不夠熱,入口僅屬微溫。牛角包質地內外都頗為硬身、偏乾,落刀時更感覺到它並沒有新鮮麵包該有的鬆軟質感;湯汁除較稀外,可能是因爲不熱的緣故,原應有的龍蝦湯鹹鮮味驟變成鹹腥味,令專程前往的我們大感失望這款創新的「真空慢煮帶子”殼物”意大利飯」($158) 用上superfood藜麥和生熟薏仁取代傳統意大利飯,用意是好但執行上強差人意,薏仁和藜麥跟帕馬臣芝士實在風馬牛不相及,此外這晚這道菜的調味亦有問題,黑椒落得實在太多,該是尋常調味的十倍有多,令我和朋友每吃一口都要喝一大口水;另外所謂的慢煮北海道帶子亦只有一粒,以此定價而言,抵食程度不高另外朋友點了「真空慢煮西班牙黑毛豬意粉」(

這款創新的「真空慢煮帶子”殼物”意大利飯」($158) 用上superfood藜麥和生熟薏仁取代傳統意大利飯,用意是好但執行上強差人意,薏仁和藜麥跟帕馬臣芝士實在風馬牛不相及,此外這晚這道菜的調味亦有問題,黑椒落得實在太多,該是尋常調味的十倍有多,令我和朋友每吃一口都要喝一大口水;另外所謂的慢煮北海道帶子亦只有一粒,以此定價而言,抵食程度不高
